Members
The Members of the trust are the guardians of the governance of the trust and the role is discrete. They are tasked with assessing if the board of trustees is performing well, and that the purpose of the trust and its charitable objects are being fulfilled.
Trustees
Trustees work together to carry out their core functions:
- Ensuring there is a clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction
- Holding executive leaders to account for the education performance of the organisation and its pupils and the performance management of staff
- Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent
- Ensuring the voices of stakeholders are heard
